By placing an order with us, you agree to our T&C’s, Delivery, and Returns policies.

We want you to love your purchases from Dear Heart! If for some reason the items are not what you expected then please contact us by email amanda@dearheart.com.au or phone 0407 303 429 to discuss the matter. This must be done within 14 days of receiving products.

Great care is taken upon dispatch of your items, however if for some reason when you receive your goods they are faulty, have been wrongly described, or are different to the product purchased from our website/at trade fairs we will happily provide an exchange, credit note or refund, and cover the return delivery costs. Credit notes must be redeemed within 12 months of receiving them.

If you simply change your mind we will offer you a store credit note for the same amount of the purchased products, however the customer will have to pay the return delivery costs. Goods must be returned in original packaging and in new condition. Money will be reimbursed once we have received the goods.
